Trump Indicted Again by Biden Prosecutor Jack Smith; Charges Related to J6

August 1, 2023 at 6:38 pm

President Donald Trump has been indicted again – this time by a Washington D.C. Grand Jury doing the bidding of Biden Justice Department Special Prosecutor Jack Smith. Trump now faces indictment on charges connected to the January 6 Capitol riot, although none of the charges are for incitement, or for the violence of that day. The charges relate to obstructing an official proceeding and telling lies about the 2020 Election.

The indictment was released as the Bidens were feeling the heat for the bombshell testimony by Devon Archer that President Biden talked at least 20 times to Hunter Biden business associates via speakerphone – something he claimed he had never done. There certainly appears to be a pattern of indictments against Trump being released to obscure bad news for the Bidens.

A grand jury indicted former president Donald Trump on Tuesday for a raft of alleged crimes in his brazen efforts to overturn Joe Biden’s election victory — the latest legal and political aftershock stemming from the riot at the U.S. Capitol 2½ years ago.

The four-count, 45-page indictment accuses Trump, who is again running for president, of conspiring to defraud the United States, conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding, attempting to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiring against people’s civil right to have their vote counted. The maximum potential sentence on the most serious charge is 20 years in prison. . . .
