Joe Biden, in Cambodia for the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Conference calls the Prime Minister of Cambodia – his host and where he was! – the Prime Minster of “Columbia.” Oh well, only located on an entirely different Continent! But who’s counting?

Biden, in remarks at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit, thanks "the prime minister for Colombia" for his "leadership as ASEAN chair."
