Report: Texas Shooter was Mexican Illegal Alien Previously Deported

Fox News’ Bill Melugin is reporting that the shooter in Texas who killed five neighbors after they asked him to stop shooting his gun in his yard, is a criminal alien who has been previously deported and has multiple illegal entries into the United States.

NEW: Per ICE source, Francisco Oropesa, the Mexican national who police who say fatally shot 5 of his neighbors in TX, is in the U.S. illegally.
