He confuses the Constitution (&#8220;We the People of the United States. . .&#8221;) with the Declaration of Independence (&#8220;We hold these truths to be self-evident. . . .&#8221;). Then while trying to say the U.S. &#8220;fought a war&#8221; over slavery &#8211; equality, he said we fought a war &#8220;in 1960.&#8221; Of course, the Civil War began in 1861. . . . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the interview, <a href=\"https:\/\/freelyinformed.com\/blog\/biden-ambles-off-msnbc-set-while-cameras-roll-video\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"652\">he walked off the set<\/a> while Wallace was still talking.
